(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Acting Head of State Samdech Techo Hun Sen sent a congratulatory letter to Wang Huning, Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), on the occasion of the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC), according to a letter seen by Fresh News on Saturday (Sep. 26).

In the letter, Samdech Techo offered his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia and on his own behalf.

“As we continue to strive for the well-being and prosperity of our nations and peoples, I wish to commend the indomitable spirit of Chinese leaders and people in exacting the Chinese dream under the Great Rejuvenation of the nation,” Samdech Techo wrote.

He expressed confidence that under its farsighted leadership, China will further reach its Second Centenary Goal.

Samdech Techo also firmly believed that in the present and the future, the iron-clad friendship will grow from strength to strength, across all aspects, as the two countries reinforce their fruitful cooperation for the sake of All-Weather Cambodia-China Community with a Shared Future.

“Recognizing the longstanding friendship and excellent cooperation between our two countries, I wish to reaffirm my commitment to working closely with Your Excellency to further strengthen our parliamentary relations for the mutual benefits of our two peoples, contributing to peace, stability, and sustainable development in our region and beyond.”
