(New York): Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn held bilateral talks with Philippine Foreign Secretary Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro in New York on Thursday (Sep. 24), on the occasion of attending the General Debate of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, the United States of America.

The two ministers exchanged views on further strengthening bilateral ties and deepening cooperation between both nations across key areas of mutual interest.

They also discussed preparations for the upcoming 49th ASEAN Summit and related Summits under the Philippines' chairmanship scheduled to be held in November 2026.
