(Phnom Penh): Cambodia’s exports to the United States (US) surpassed USD 9 billion in the first seven months of 2026, marking a 30.6 per cent increase from nearly USD 7 billion recorded during the same period last year, according to the General Department of Customs and Excise (GDCE).
Meanwhile, Cambodia’s imports from the US exceeded USD 376 million, reflecting an 87 per cent surge year on year.
Major Cambodian exports to the US continue to consist primarily of garments, travel goods, such as suitcases and bags, bicycles, electrical components, and other consumer products.
Key imports from the US include vehicles, machinery, jewellery, cosmetics, electrical and electronic equipment, and various consumer goods.
