(Phnom Penh): Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), held a working meeting with the founders of ARC Startup Accelerator and 14 participants at the ministry’s headquarters on 30 April 2026.

During the meeting, the minister reviewed and discussed the progress of: (1) the ARC Startup Accelerator; (2) the ARC Solopreneur ship Program, implemented in collaboration with ATC and Catalyst AI Academy; and (3) presentations by four digital startups—Finluy, Quicknews, Mekong Intelligence, and Prohose.

These startups participated in the ARC Startup Accelerator program at the AUPP Technology Center over the past year.

The minister also highlighted that MPTC has provided financial support to ARC, including scholarships and startup funding for four participating founders, contributing to the strengthening of Cambodia’s digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications continue to promote collaboration with national and international partners, including Plug and Play, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC), ARC Startup Accelerator, and ACTSmart.

These efforts aim to enhance digital literacy, develop skilled human resources, and support the growth of digital startups in Cambodia, enabling them to compete and export technology products to the global market.
