(Brunei): Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn had a bilateral meeting with Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow on 27 April 2026 in Bandar Seri Begawan, on the margins of the 25th ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting.

Both sides held candid discussions on the border situation, including confidence-building measures and broader aspects of diplomatic relations between the two countries, according to Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

They reaffirmed their commitment to the ceasefire, the peaceful resolution of the border dispute, and the full implementation of the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special GBC Meeting of 27 December 2025.

Cambodian foreign minister underlined that achieving lasting peace between our two countries—thereby contributing to peace, stability, and unity within ASEAN—requires genuine commitment and full respect for international law, the ASEAN Charter, as well as all existing treaties and agreements that bind us.
