(Phnom Penh): Notice is hereby given that the creditors of H-PAY Service Plc., which are required to send in their names, addresses, detail information and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the address below within 30 days after the date of this notice.

If so, it's required in writing from the said Liquidator to submit either by their solicitors or personally come in and prove the said debts or claims at such time and at Borey Piphub-Thmey Psa Deyhuy, house #46, St. 9, Phum Roung Chak, Sangkat Kouk Khleang, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.

All creditors failing to file the claims within the set period will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution of such remaining assets of H-PAY Service Plc.

Claims relating to the liquidation of the Company will be received up to 30 days after the date of this notice.
