(Phnom Penh): The State Secretariat of Border Affairs announced that the Joint Border Commission-JBC (Cambodian side) once again proposed to the JBC (Thai side), through a Note Verbale dated 7 April 2026, to urgently convene a special JBC meeting and to resume the work on the terrain that both sides had previously agreed upon, according to a press release seen by Fresh News on Tuesday (Apr. 7).
