(Phnom Penh): Acting Head of State, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, extended his sincere congratulations to Tran Thanh Man on his re-election as Chairman of the National Assembly of Viet Nam at the First Plenary Session of the 16th National Assembly, according to a letter seen by Fresh News on Tuesday (Apr. 7).

“Your re-election demonstrates the trust and confidence of the Party, the State, and the people of Viet Nam in your distinguished leadership and your continued dedication to advancing the role of the National Assembly in achieving greater prosperity for the people of Viet Nam,” Samdech Techo wrote.

Samdech Tech added, “The close ties between our legislative bodies have always been a vital contribution to the overall development of our bilateral relations, fostering greater mutual trust and understanding, as well as brought tangible benefits to our two peoples.”

“I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to further deepen and expand our parliamentary cooperation for the best interest of our peoples and nations, thereby contributing to regional and global peace, stability, and prosperity,” the letter concluded.
