(Phnom Penh): The Russian Culture Day in Cambodia 2026, celebrated as part of the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Russia, took place at the Chaktomuk Conference Hall in Phnom Penh on 28 March 2026.

The ceremony was presided over by Minister of Culture Phoeurng Sackona and Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Cambodia.

The event featured an exhibition of artworks, traditional costumes, and live performances under the theme “Heirs of Siberia.” The program offered Cambodian audiences a glimpse into Siberian heritage while fostering cultural exchange and mutual understanding.

Beyond celebration, the occasion highlighted enduring friendship, honored decades of cooperation, and reaffirmed a shared commitment to future cultural collaboration between the two nations.
