(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn will pay an official visit to New Zealand from 13 to 14 March 2026, followed by an official visit to Australia from 15 to 16 March 2026, according to a press release seen by Fresh News on Wednesday (Mar. 11).

The visits are at the invitation of Winston Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand, and Penny Wong, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia.

During the visits, bilateral meetings between the Cambodian foreign minister and his New Zealand and Australian counterparts, as well as leaders of the two countries, will provide good opportunities to further strengthen and deepen bilateral relations and cooperation in all fields, while contributing to peace, security, stability, and prosperity in the region and beyond.

The upcoming visits underscore Cambodia’s long-standing friendship and fruitful cooperation with New Zealand and Australia.
