(Phnom Penh): On 5-6 March 2026, Khmer Enterprise (KE), 2080 Ventures, and Seedstars co-hosted the “Cambodia Entrepreneur Showcase”, bringing together 19 top entrepreneurs across four cohorts from two programs: Cambodia Startup Launchpad and the Cambodia Accelerator Program, under partnership with 2080 Ventures and Seedstars at the Shangri-La Hotel Phnom Penh.
Organized as an ecosystem-focused platform, the showcase was designed to bridge the gap between high-potential Cambodian startups and local, regional, and international investors and partners. The showcase responds to a recurring ecosystem constraint: founders often face fragmented access to investors and limited exposure to global networks, even as Cambodia’s innovation activity accelerates.
“Today’s showcase marks a milestone for Cambodia’s startup ecosystem, connecting founders with investors where investments and export deals take place. These promising startups will receive additional support to continue their journey and pursue further international opportunities later this year. The Royal Government of Cambodia, through Khmer Enterprise, is building investor confidence in Cambodia with these success stories,” said Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as CEO of Khmer Enterprise.
Investor Access Through a Structured, Time-Efficient Showcase
The Cambodia Entrepreneur Showcase was designed as a “nexus point” for founders and investors, combining pitching, curated networking, and investor engagement into a single, structured setting with 19 startups such as OneDash, PharmKulen, ScreenWise, Jomnort Creators, Kingdom Hub Agro, Interclub, Khmer Penpal, Bookeyond, WeMoney Mobile, CheckinMe, Daikou Finance Plc, New Wave, SMART, TheBoxes, Karpia Cyber, SDP, FHF Capitals PLC, and Mitosis Bioscience.
Following the pitching session,OneDash, PharmKulen, WeMoney Mobile, CheckinMe, and FHF Capital PLC were selected by 2080 Ventures, Seedstars, and Khmer Enterprise as “ The Selected Startups of 2026”. These five startups will be supported by Khmer Enterprise to attend regional tech startup events later this year.
The progress of the program goes beyond startups pitching as OneDash is working on closing an initial investment from 2080 Ventures, while Kingdom Hub Agro also received special recognition as “Builder Who Delivers” following a contract to export half a million USD to Europe.
2080 Ventures’ Execution Discipline with a Regional Scaling Lens
2080 Ventures, headquartered in Silicon Valley, United States, is positioning its partnership with Khmer Enterprise around execution-led acceleration that helps founders translate early traction into repeatable growth and prepares teams for ASEAN-level expectations.
“Our mission is to turn Cambodian early-stage startups into scalable ventures ready for ASEAN and beyond, and we’re proud to join forces with Khmer Enterprise in building a thriving innovation ecosystem in Cambodia,” said Timur Daudpota, Founding Partner of 2080 Ventures.
2080 Ventures’ leadership team brings both operator and investment experience into the program. During the Cambodia Entrepreneur Showcase, Mr. Timur Daudpota, Founding Partner at 2080 Ventures, also announced an investment interest in OneDash and reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to helping Cambodian founders scale through hands-on mentorship, market access, and follow-on support.
Leveraging Seedstars’ Global Expertise in Ecosystem Development
Launched in 2025, the Cambodia Startup Accelerator has supported startups with business development support, intensive bootcamps, one-on-one mentorship, and connections to Seedstars’ global network of investors and entrepreneurs. The program targeted revenue-generating startups with validated business models across sectors, including fintech, cybersecurity, agritech, healthtech, SaaS, and consumer services.
“The founders who came through this program are building real businesses that address real market needs, from rural financial services to AI-powered software development. Cambodia is producing the kind of early-stage deal flow that regional investors are increasingly paying attention to,” said Tom Sebastian, International Ventures Ambassador to Seedstars.
A Platform Connecting Cambodian Startups with Local, Regional, and International Investors
The showcase also featured a panel discussion emphasizing “Investment Outlook & Scaling Opportunities, and Insights for Startups on Investment,” bringing together local, regional, and international ecosystem voices from Plug and Play, Golden Gate Ventures, Anthill Ventures, Satori Giants, Quest Ventures, Canadia Impact Fund, Help a Startup Out, 2080 Ventures, and Seedstars.
The showcase is a critical step in the startup development journey. Through these networks, founders are ready to move from early-stage traction into market validation and the investment stage. This forum gathered startups and local and regional investors on one structured platform to strengthen confidence, connectivity, and long-term ecosystem growth.
