(Phnom Penh): On 23 February 2026, the Cambodian side of the Joint Commission on Demarcation for Land Boundary (JBC) sent a new Note Verbale to its Thai counterpart, proposing the deployment of Joint Survey Teams (JSTs) to resume border survey and demarcation work in March 2026, according to a press release issued by the State Secretariat of Border Affairs.
