(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Senate President Hun Sen sent a congratulatory letter to To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV), on the joyous occasion of the Vietnamese New Year.

“On the joyous occasion of the Vietnamese New Year, I would like to extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to Your Excellency and the people of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam,” according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Thursday (Feb. 12).

“I am confident that the New Year will give renewed impetus to the excellent relations between our two countries, governments, parties, and peoples under the spirit of traditional friendship, good neighborliness, comprehensive cooperation, and long-lasting stability.”
