(Phnom Penh): Meas Kim Heng, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Mnatsakan Safaryan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, expressed satisfaction with the friendships fostered between the two nations, and further noted that 2027 will mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
