(Phnom Penh): To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, led the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) in a high-level summit with the Standing Committee of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) Central Committee, led by Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the CPP, at 7 Makara Palace, Phnom Penh.

The summit focused on strengthening friendship and deepening party-to-party relations, reflecting the shared borders and historical legacy among neighbouring countries that were former partners in Indochina.
