(Phnom Penh): On Friday (Feb. 6), General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam To Lam laid wreaths at the Independence Monument and the Royal Memorial of the late King-Father Norodom Sihanouk, as well as the Cambodia-Viet Nam Friendship Monument.

General Secretary To Lam and his delegation arrived in Cambodia earlier the same morning for a one-day State Visit.
