(Phnom Penh): On Friday morning (Feb. 6), the Office of the Royal Palace issued a statement informing that Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni is currently unable to carry out his royal duties.

As a result, the king has delegated the responsibility to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, in his capacity as Acting Head of State, to officially welcome General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam To Lam at the Royal Palace.
