(Phnom Penh): The Joint Boundary Commission (Cambodian side) once again requested its Thai counterpart to dispatch the Joint Survey Teams (JSTs) of both sides to resume the works of the emplacement of the temporary markers on the terrain and to convene the 12th meeting of the Cambodian-Thai Operational Group (OG) and the 5th meeting of the Cambodian-Thai Joint Technical Sub-Commission (JTSC), according to the State Secretariat of Border Affairs’ press release seen by Fresh News on Saturday (Jan. 31).

The JBC (Cambodian side) strongly protests against the actions of the Thai military forces, which have cleared and destroyed the homes and properties of the Cambodian citizen and prohibited them from returning to live in their homes.
