(Cebu): In the spirit of traditional friendship between Cambodia and Viet Nam, Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral discussion with Le Hoai Trung, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

This meeting took place on 28 January 2026 on the sidelines of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) Retreat.

Both sides recalled the fruitful outcomes of the 21st JC on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation, held in early December last year in Siem Reap, which served as a roadmap to further strengthen bilateral relations between Cambodia and Viet Nam.
