(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Ministry of Interior released an update on Wednesday (Jan. 7) regarding the situation following the ceasefire agreement.

According to the press release, an additional 16,756 displaced people have now returned to their homes, bringing the total number of returnees to approximately 460,000. Out of more than 640,000 people who were originally displaced, 186,760 people, including 98,027 women and 61,169 children, remain in displacement camps.
