(Phnom Penh): Tong Su-chen, also known as Tong Mama, was born in Taiwan and lived in the UK for 6 to 7 years. She is a businesswoman and entrepreneur. She has always supported students and people in-need in Cambodia.

Since 2019, she has been supporting students and poor families in Prey Veng province with rice, food, school supplies, etc., with a total of USD 30,000.

In 2020, she donated rice and school supplies to orphans in Kandal province.

In 2022, she built two schools with 12 rooms, four bathrooms, one library and 20 water wells, with a total of USD 320,000. In 2022, she also established the Tong Mama Foundation for Education in Cambodia.

She is a successful Taiwanese woman with British citizenship and holds the position of Chairman of Tong Finance Company, Shanghai Pei Siang Construction Company, etc. 

In 2023, she also came to support Santuk District, Kampong Thom Province, including school supplies, rice, all kinds of food, and funds for a total of 1,600 poor students, totaling USD20,000.
    
In 2024, she also came to support Santuk District, Kampong Thom Province for the second time, including school supplies, rice, food, and medicine for a total of 1,900 students and poor people, totaling USD20,000.
   
In 2025, she also came to support Santuk District, Kampong Thom Province for the third time, including school supplies, rice, food, shoes, bicycles, and medicine for a total of 3,485 students and poor people, totaling USD27,500.
  
Recently, on the 20th of December, 2025, Tong Mama has donated USD30,000 worth of supplies, such as: rice, sausages, soy sauce, bottled-water, noodles and jackets to 800 families in-need, and refugees at Angk Snuol district, Kandal province. Furthermore, each family also received an extra 50,000riel. This donation-event was presided over by Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn.
