(Border): On Monday afternoon (Dec. 22), Cambodian forces firmly held and maintained control of their positions at Boeung Trakuon, Chouk Chey, and Prey Chan, despite heavy attacks by Thai aggressor forces from early morning until 3:00 p.m.

According to reports from the frontlines, Thai forces launched indiscriminate artillery shelling and attempted advances throughout the morning. Cambodian troops resisted the assaults, responding effectively and with maximum strength, preventing any breach of their defensive lines.
