(South Korea): The Cambodian community living and working in the Republic of Korea gathered on 13 December 2025 to organise coordinated protest rallies at three locations, condemning the brutal and barbaric invasion by the Thai military against Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The rallies were held in Asan City from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Cambodia time), in Gwangju (small city) from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and in Gwangju (metropolitan city) from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Nearly 600 Cambodian nationals participated across the three locations.

Participants held banners denouncing Thai military aggression and chanted slogans opposing Siamese expansionism. The demonstrations reflected strong national unity, patriotism, and unwavering support for the Royal Government of Cambodia, while condemning Thailand’s violations of international law and alleged serious human rights abuses against Cambodian civilians.

The Cambodian community jointly demanded that the Thai military immediately cease all acts of aggression and fully respect the ceasefire agreement and the Cambodia–Thailand peace agreement signed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, witnessed by Donald Trump and Anwar Ibrahim, who also serves as Chair of ASEAN. They further called on all parties to uphold human rights principles and international humanitarian law.
