(Phnom Penh): President of the United States Donald J. Trump said that Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul have agreed to immediately cease all shooting and return to the original Peace Accord.

In a statement posted on his social media on Saturday (Dec. 13), President Trump said the ceasefire will take effect this evening.

He added that both sides agreed to resume implementation of the Peace Accord signed on 26 October in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
