(Phnom Penh): On Wednesday morning (Dec. 9), Eat Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, conducted a briefing for Heads and Representatives of Diplomatic Missions from 33 countries and United Nations agencies in Phnom Penh to apprise them on the recent outbreak of armed conflict along the Cambodia–Thailand border. Heads of Cambodian Diplomatic Missions overseas and members of the ASEAN Observer Team in Cambodia also attended the briefing online.
