(Phnom Penh): The Ministry of National Defence issued an update on the ongoing Thai military assault against Cambodia’s sovereignty, confirming an attack on civilian areas in Military Region 5, Ou Bei Choan commune, Ou Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province.

- At 02:22 p.m., the Thai military fired toxic gas into the area of Ou Bei Choan commune, Ou Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province where the civilian resides.

The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attack by the Thai military, a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
