(Phnom Penh): The Oddar Meanchey Provincial Administration reported that, as of 8:00 a.m. on 9 December 2025, a total of 3,503 families, comprising 11,138 individuals, have fled from border areas to safety centres. This mass displacement follows a military assault launched by Thai forces into Cambodia’s sovereign territory.
