(Phnom Penh): The Khmer Enterprise Awards Night 2025 spotlighted 14 outstanding teams and companies, honoring their bold innovation in shaping our entrepreneurial culture. The evening celebrated the finalists who participated in a year-long competition that attracted about 8,000 applications from all 25 capital-provinces. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Khmer Enterprise, applauded the winners and encouraged all entrepreneurs to continue enhancing capability and striving for excellence.

He said, “Today’s achievements mark only the beginning of a much greater journey. In a rapidly evolving market, the demand and opportunity for high-quality Cambodian products have never been greater. It is our shared responsibility to nurture, elevate, and empower our homegrown entrepreneurs — strengthening their capabilities to meet domestic demand while advancing toward regional and global markets.”

The awards highlighted four categories: High School Awards, Unipreneur Awards, Startup Awards, and SME Awards. These awards are designed to advance entrepreneurship development across all levels—empowering high school students as early innovators, supporting young founders ready to transform ideas to product ready in the market, and elevating emerging startups and growing SMEs. Winners were celebrated for their creativity, resilience, and commitment to fostering economic growth and innovation.

Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as the CEO of Khmer Enterprise, emphasized the awards’ significance, stating, “In today's context, the Khmer Enterprise Awards Night is not only a celebration of achievement, but also a recognition of the creativity, resilience, and capability of our local entrepreneurs. In addition, our entrepreneurs need national systematic support for their long-term success. Achieving this will create an environment where their growth and impact are truly lasting.”
