(Phnom Penh): In 2025, the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction collected a total of more than USD 181 million in national revenue, an increase of around 10 per cent compared to the same period in 2024, according to the ministry’s report.

The report also noted that in 2025, the ministry received 219,971 applications through its One-Window Service Office (OWSO), generating USD 17 million in public service revenue.
