"I highly value your right assessment on the bonds of cordial friendship and multifaceted cooperation between our two countries, rooted in solidarity, mutual respect and understanding. I am convinced that our two countries will expand into new potential areas of cooperation as well as continue to safeguard the norms and principles of international law as enshrined in the UN Charter, thereby contributing to global peace, stability, and prosperity.

With the purpose of deepening our long-lasting friendship and win-win relations between Cambodia and Belarus, I stand ready to work closely with you to strengthen our inter-parliamentary cooperation bilaterally and multilaterally for further tangible benefits to our two peoples.
