Purpose of the Role
This is a key leadership position at Fresh News International, responsible for shaping the daily news agenda and maintaining high editorial standards. The English News Editor will apply sound editorial judgment to make decisions on complex stories, support digital growth, manage newsroom workflow, and strengthen content appeal for diverse audiences.

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, media and communications, political science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills.
• High proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of digital journalism trends in Cambodia and the wider region.
• Proven record of digital innovation and driving editorial transformation.
• Commitment, discipline, and integrity in every aspect of work.
