(Phnom Penh): The Business Society Youth Club of the American University of Phnom Penh was established to encourage, motivate, and gather talented young people, especially in business, to gain opportunities to understand, share experiences, knowledge, and personal perspectives. Our main goal is to contribute to the economic development of Cambodia, in line with the strategy of the Royal Government led by President Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Starting from each individual, we always desires to live in harmony and love, especially to see the progress of the people around us and the nation as a whole. Although Cambodia has gone through many stories in the past, it is the appreciation of these development efforts that has made Cambodia developed and peaceful. It is also worth noting that the problems that are occurring in today's society, especially the Cambodian-Thailand border conflict, which has led to expressions of dissatisfaction and boycotts of various products, have stimulated the will, conscience, and spirit of patriotism, which require us not only to be prepared to resist, but also to demonstrate our ability, in line with our love for the nation, to transform this challenge into a new opportunity for self-development and to be part of the growth of our nation.

Therefore, our team is urging us to organize the "Youth and Business Forum 2025" under the theme: Turning Crisis into Opportunities: Shaping Cambodianess and Empowering Youth Through Local Business, which will be held on 21 November 2025 at the AUPP Tech Center of the American University of Phnom Penh with the aim of promoting knowledge about entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill development to seize new opportunities for all Cambodian youth.

In addition, we firmly believe that “only in unity, we are strong”, especially as the next generation of young people, we hope that this program will provide value in promoting our Khmer national identity and receive a large number of participation from entrepreneurs, new businesses, students and the public from all walks of life.

**Free participation, there will be an exhibition of student works from 9:00 a.m. as well as a forum and discussion starting from 1:30-5:00 p.m.
