(Phnom Penh): The Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia expresses its strongest condemnation of the brutal attack by Thai armed forces on Cambodian civilians in Prey Chan Village, Banteay Meanchey Province, on 12 November 2025. This barbaric act, which killed one and injured three, is a flagrant violation of Cambodia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as a grave breach of international humanitarian law, the Charter of the United Nations, the ASEAN Charter, and the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC), according to a statement seen by Fresh News on Thursday (Nov. 13).
