(Banteay Meanchey): On Wednesday (Nov. 12), Thai soldiers reportedly opened fire on civilians in Prey Chan village, Ou Beichoan commune, Ou Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, at around 4 p.m., injuring five civilians, according to preliminary information from Um Reatrey, Governor of Banteay Meanchey Province.
