(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and the First Lady Pich Chanmony Hun Manet departed Phnom Penh on Saturday (Oct. 25) to attend the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits to be held on 25-28 October 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at the invitation of the Honourable Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and Chair of the 2025 ASEAN Summits.

According to the Foreign Ministry’s press release dated 23 October 2025, Samdech Thipadei and the First Lady Pich Chanmony Hun Manet are accompanied by Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn along with other Deputy Prime Ministers, Senior Ministers, Ministers and senior government officials, as well as business representatives from the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Cambodian Oknha Association.

“While in Kuala Lumpur, Samdech Thipadei will also engage in bilateral meetings with ASEAN and other world leaders to further enhance and deepen bilateral relations on matters of mutual interest and comom concern,” the press release added.
