(Phnom Penh): On Thursday afternoon (Oct. 16), the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Coordinating Task Force (JCTF) on Humanitarian Demining between the two countries held its third meeting via VTC to further discuss the remaining content of the draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the JCTF, following its second meeting on 9 October 2025.

According to Defence Spokesperson Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, this Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) has been thoroughly prepared and drafted with the spirit of strictly respecting the principle of protecting sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as standing on the spirit of mutual respect as neighbouring country.
