(Phnom Penh): The Deputy Spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia expresses the strongest condemnation against the Sa Kaeo Provincial Administration and the Thai joint armed forces for their continued encroachment on Cambodian sovereign territory and mistreatment of Cambodian citizens living in Prey Chan Village, O Bei Choan Commune, Ou Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey Province, in the afternoon of October 10, 2025. This latest act by the Thai side has caused deep concern among both national and international public opinion, including among some conscientious Thai citizens, as it violates international law and treaties, representing a serious misconduct and a regressive example that should never occur within ASEAN or anywhere in the world.
