(Phnom Penh): On Thursday morning (Sep. 25), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia briefed foreign diplomats and representatives of United Nations agencies in Cambodia on the latest developments regarding the Cambodia–Thailand border situation, including landmine issues, at the Ministry’s headquarters.
The meeting was attended by representatives from 30 embassies based in Cambodia, embassies abroad with responsibilities over Cambodia–Thailand border affairs, as well as six international organizations. The Thai Embassy’s representative was also present. The session was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and chaired by Eat Sophea, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs.
