(Phnom Penh): Cambodia generated over USD31 million from ticket sales to the Angkor Archaeological Park in the eight months of 2025, according to a press release issued by Angkor Enterprise on Monday (Sep. 1).
In the first eight months of 2025, ticket sales for visiting the Angkor Archaeological Park and Koh Ker Temple generated a total revenue of USD 31,068,743 from 669,619 international tourists, representing an increase of 2.72 per cent.
Angkor Enterprise further reported that during the same period, 13,779 international tourists visited Koh Ker Temple, generating a revenue of USD 206,685.
In addition, over these eight months, ticket sales at Beng Mealea Temple generated USD 101,850 from 10,080 visitors, ticket sales at Phnom Kbal Spean generated USD 4,050 from 810 visitors, and ticket sales for boat services generated USD 423,926.
It should be noted that in the first eight months of 2025, the Angkor Enterprise contributed USD 1,339,238 to the Kantha Bopha Children’s Fund.
