(Phnom Penh): Cambodian Ministry of National Defence sent an invitation letter to Thailand’s Acting Defence Minister General Natthaphon Narkphanit to attend the extraordinary meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC), which will be conducted on 4 August 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

“I would like to present my compliments to you and have the honor to inform you that the invitation letter from General Tea Seiha, Minister of National Defence, addressed to General Natthaphon Narkphanit, Acting Defence Minister of Thailand, to attend the extraordinary meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC), which will be conducted on 04 August 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia,” according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Thursday (Jul. 31).

“It would be very appreciated if the esteemed office could kindly forward this letter to its intended destination as soon as possible.
