(Phnom Penh): At 2:00 p.m. on Monday (July 28), Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet began ceasefire negotiations with Thailand’s Acting Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai in Malaysia, under Malaysian mediation and with the participation of China and the United States.
