(Oddar Meanchey): As of midday on Saturday (Jul. 26), the Thai military continues its attacks on Cambodian sovereign land. In response, Cambodia’s armed forces have retaliated with decisive defensive measures to protect national sovereignty.

Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defence, confirmed this during a press briefing, marking the third day of Thailand’s invasion.

She emphasized that no amount of Thai reinforcements or pressure will make Cambodia yield.

The Royal Government, armed forces, and the people of Cambodia stand united as one in defending every inch of our land, Socheata affirmed.
