(Preah Vihear): At 8:50 p.m. Friday (Jul. 25), Thai troops launched an intense assault to seize control of Phnom Trop, a key strategic high ground near the Preah Vihear Temple. Cambodian forces are mounting a fierce defense, holding their ground with determination despite relentless attacks.

Beyond Phnom Trop, heavy exchanges of shelling continue in the Ta Moan Thom temple area, Ta Krabei temple area, and the Emerald Triangle area. Cambodian forces remain fully prepared, countering every move of the Thai military with effective defensive strategies.
