(Phnom Penh): As of Thursday afternoon (Jul. 24), armed clashes between Cambodian and Thai military forces continues along the border, according to frontline reports received by Fresh News.

Cambodian forces have successfully repelled Thai troops and maintain full control over both Ta Moan and Ta Krabei temples.

Cambodian Ministry of National Defence spokesperson stated that Thai soldiers initiated the violence, firing first on Cambodian troops.
