Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 12 – The Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in the Kingdom of Cambodia presented its compliments to the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and has the honor to enclose herewith the copy of the Congratulatory Letter (dated 6 November 2024) from Tran Thanh Man, President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam addressed to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of national independence of the Kingdom of Cambodia (09/11/1953-09/11/2024).

"It would be highly appreciated if the esteemed Senate could kindly convey the Letter to the highest destination," according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Tuesday (Nov. 12).

"The Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in the Kingdom of Cambodia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia the assurances of its highest consideration".
