Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 14 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet stated that Cambodia does not support any country's policy aimed at opposing others, speaking on Monday (Oct. 14) during the 20th anniversary celebration of Cambodia’s accession to WTO at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel.
Samdech Thipadei underlined that Cambodia will not join any bloc or mechanism formed to compete or oppose others, as the country prioritizes peace and stability.
“Cambodia needs internal peace, but regional peace is equally important, as it directly affects us,” he added.
Samdech Thipadei continued, Cambodia supports integration that fosters cooperation, particularly in advancing joint economic development, peacekeeping, and stability.
On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei stated that Cambodia will continue to actively participate in any mechanism aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the region.
