Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 28 – Kuy Vat, the owner of Park Coffee, was remanded in custody by an investigating judge of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Wednesday (Aug. 28) after prosecutors charged him with "non-compliance with traded instruments."

Kuy Vat was arrested on August 24, 2024, in connection with alleged bounced checks and other fraudulent activities. He was sent to court on August 26, 2024.
