Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 26 – Kuy Vat, the owner of Park Coffee and other businesses, was sent to Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Monday (Aug. 26) for alleged bounced checks and other fraudulent activities.

Kuy Vat was arrested on Saturday (Aug. 24).
