Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 25 – Kuy Vat, the owner of Park Coffee and other businesses, has been arrested in connection with alleged bounced checks and other fraudulent activities, Lt. Gen. Neng Chuor, Director of the Criminal Police Department, told Fresh News on Sunday (Aug. 25).

Police said Kuy Vat has faced multiple complaints and will be sent to court tomorrow.
