Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 17 – As a new and all-around sales and marketing company, Aqua Lagoon Real Estate Asset Management was officially launched into operation on 15 June 2024.

The launch of Aqua Lagoon was a new chapter for the property sales and marketing services in Cambodia, witnessed by its CEO, senior managers and staff members from its sales and marketing division and subsidiaries.

Aqua Lagoon’s CEO addressed the room at the opening event, stressing the importance of staff contribution to the development of the company, while expressing great expectations for Aqua Lagoon to boost real estate service upgrade, become a new benchmark among property sales and marketing businesses in Cambodia and provide services in a more professional and efficient fashion.

A roomful of invitees witnessed a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by the senior executives of the new-born company.

Aqua Lagoon will be conducting its businesses in the Phnom Penh Tower located at the central section of Monivong Boulevard, which comprises services in eight areas: new-built properties, used properties, land transactions, fit-out and renovations, microloans, authority engagement, immigration and human resource.

With manpower of over a hundred dedicated employees at its new-built and used property divisions, developers will be provided with preliminary, preparational work, marketing and sales services for their new developments, while sales and rental of used properties will be in the center of operation of the second-hand property division.
